Braga 1–2 Real Madrid

England star midfielder Jude Bellingham has been in the XI since joining Real Madrid last June. Bellingham also scored in Real's 2-1 win at Portuguese club Braga last night. He scored in three matches in the Champions League for Real. Bellingham became the second player for Real to score in his first three games in the competition after Cristian Karembu in 1998. He scored 11 goals in 12 matches in all competitions for the Madrid club. Carlo Ancelotti's team is at the top with 9 points after winning all their 3 matches in 'C' group.

Real dominated from the start of this cold rain bathed match. The Madrid club also got a goal in the 16th minute. Vinicius made Rodrigo the goal by running down the left wing and breaking through Braga's defense, as if serving food on a plate! Vinicius' national team teammate Rodrigo netted the ball with the first touch inside the box. Real got several goals through Vinicius. But the Brazilian star fell into the offside trap due to Braga's highline defense.
Vinicius scored the second goal with Bellingham in the 61st minute. Bellingham scored with a deflected shot from the corner of the box. Two minutes later, Alvaro Dazalo equalized for Braga. Real could not have left the field with the victory if goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga had not made a great save at the end. After the match, Real coach Carlo Ancelotti said, "All in all, we played a good match. But they did not like the goal. Because, before that we controlled the match and the victory was in hand.'

Napoli beat Union Berlin 1-0 in another match from the same group. Giacomo Raspadori scored for the Italian club in the 65th minute.

Manchester United 1–0 Copenhagen
Harry Maguire-Andre Onanara wore black armbands at Old Trafford to pay tribute to the late England and Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton. Onana and Maguire, who have been heavily criticized this season, have finally won United. 72Eric ten Haag's team went ahead with Maguire's header in the minute. But in the very last minute of added time, United had to digest a penalty due to a foul on Scott McTomin. Goalkeeper Onana became the savior. The goalkeeper of Cameroon jumped to the left and stopped the penalty shot taken by Scott Larson. That was the last shot of the match!
United regained life in the Champions League with this 1-0 win against the Danish club. This is the first time in the history of the club that the English club lost their first two matches in the Champions League. The win kept Ten Haag's side in the race for the last sixteen. United placed third with 3 points from 3 matches from 'A' group.
